Our ministries are designed to build relationships, enable spiritual growth, and inspire personal and professional development. Join our ministries as a volunteer or for an upcoming event.
Other church ministries include F.I.T. (Financial Improvement Teaching), Production (Audio & Video), Guest Services (Hospitality, Security, & Greeters) and our New Members ministry, which we call “Launch”. We also hold special events for youth, families, singles, and couples.
Our church ministries are always looking for volunteers. Please contact us if you would like to join a ministry or volunteer to contribute your time and talents!
The Courageous “Man Cave” is an opportunity for the men of Courageous to spend quality time together in an environment all their own. Programs, outings, and messages are devised to inspire fun, fellowship, and faith building. Our boys are encouraged to participate and benefit from the examples provided by these men of God.
Courageous Women join together for pampering, play time, prayer, and praise. From brunches to vision board parties; from retreats to recreation—the women of Courageous encourage and celebrate themselves and one another, and inspire our girls to do the same.
House of Hope
Members of Courageous travel to Haiti several times a year in support of the House of Hope Orphanage and their community programs. We are also sponsoring a boys soccer team, allowing young men to have an outlet as well as teaching them the importance of teamwork and unity.
The Courageous Youth Ministry includes “KidsZone” designed for elementary school students, and “Driven” for middle and high school students. Youth Ministry classes occur during our 11AM worship service on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Sundays, when school is in session.
The bible says the man and woman shall become one in Mark 10:8 letting us know that it takes a little work for that to manifest. The couples ministry will give couples tools necessary to become one flesh and have the beautiful union they imagined and God ordained.
At least twice a year in partnership with the Gateway Center, we plan to feed over 200 men who are transitioning out of homelessness. We also joined local churches and Hosea Helps to send over 400,000 pounds of water to the residents of Flint, Michigan affected by the ongoing water crisis. Every year, we collect and donate school supplies for local students in need.
